Jonathan, the mouse

Oh… um… hello there. Please, do excuse me for interrupting.

My name is Jonathan. I am a very quiet, gentle little mouse, and I hope I am not bothering you.

I stand about 8 centimetres tall, so I always try my best to stay neat and out of the way. Truly, I feel the absolute safest when I am tucked away among books, which is why my absolute dream is to live in a library inside a dollhouse.

I do like to look proper for company, so I wear my favorite tweed pants and a neatly tied bow tie. I also have a little acorn hat that I press firmly onto my head when I feel a bit too shy.

Even though I am quiet, I truly love deep, sophisticated conversations. If you enjoy discussing classic literature or sharing clever ideas, I would be the most wonderful, listening companion for you while you arrange my miniature bookshelves.

My maker shaped me lovingly from wool, and since I am poseable, you can gently help me sit into a tiny reading chair. If you have a peaceful library corner in your dollhouse, or a spot on your own bookshelf, I would be so very grateful to join you for afternoon tea and a good story.
