These terms explain how this shop works. By placing an order, you agree to the points below.
 

1. What I sell

I create and sell handmade miniature felt creatures and related items. Each piece is made individually, so small variations are normal and part of the work.
 

2. Orders

When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation. If I’m unable to fulfil your order for any reason, I’ll contact you and issue a full refund.
 

3. Prices & payments

All prices are shown in GBP. Payments are processed securely through Wix Payments, PayPal, or other methods offered at checkout.
 

4. Shipping

Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days (except for custom orders). Delivery times depend on your location and postal service. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

6. Use of the site
