I want you to be happy with the creature you adopt. If something isn’t right, here’s how I handle it.
 

1. If your order arrives damaged or not as described

Please contact me within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. I’ll offer a replacement (if available) or a refund.
 

2. Change of mind

Returns for change of mind are accepted within 14 days, as long as:

• the item is unused

• it’s in its original condition

• it’s returned safely

Buyers are responsible for return postage unless the item was faulty.
 

3. Non‑returnable items

• Digital downloads

• Custom or personalised pieces (unless damaged)
   

4. Refunds

Once I receive the returned item, I’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the item was faulty.
 

5. How to start a return

Just send me a message with your order number and the reason for the return. I’ll guide you through the next steps.
